These terms apply to text messages sent by Data Stream Consulting LLC (“Data Stream,” “we,” “us”). By providing your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted by text, you accept the terms below.
Data Stream Consulting operates a text messaging program for appointment scheduling and service communication. If you contact a business that uses our platform, or contact us directly, you may receive text messages relating to that request — for example a reply to your enquiry, questions needed to schedule an appointment, a booking confirmation, or a reminder.
We do not send marketing or promotional messages under this program. Messages relate to a request you made.
Some messages are sent by an automated assistant. Automated messages identify themselves as automated in the first message of any conversation and will never claim to be a person.
Message frequency varies depending on your conversation and any appointment activity. A typical exchange is a handful of messages; there is no recurring or scheduled broadcast.
Message and data rates may apply. Data Stream does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for messages you send or receive according to your plan.
Reply STOP to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further messages from that number.
We also honor END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, and OPT OUT, and we honor a request to stop made in ordinary words rather than a keyword. Opt-out requests are honored regardless of the time of day.

Data Stream Consulting LLCMessages are sent between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in your local time. A message that would otherwise be sent outside those hours waits until the window opens. Opt-out confirmations are the exception and are sent immediately.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can receive a quote, a service, or a response to your enquiry without agreeing to text messaging.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and network conditions, which are outside our control.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are shared only with service providers who perform services on our behalf and may not use the information for their own purposes.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
